FAQ

01. How TO book the wedding?

Booking your wedding photography is straightforward and hassle-free. Simply reach out through the contact form below or give me a call to discuss your wedding date, venue, and vision. I'll check my availability and we can set up a meeting to talk through your specific needs and photography style preferences. Once we've aligned on the details, a 25% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding. I limit my bookings to ensure each couple receives my full attention and creativity, so I recommend reaching out at least 6-8 months in advance for peak wedding season dates. Let's work together to document the moments that matter most.

02. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! I'm available for destination weddings worldwide and welcome the opportunity to capture your celebration, no matter where it takes place. Travel fees are straightforward - I cover all standard travel expenses within a 50-km radius of my home base. For destinations beyond that, I simply add actual travel costs (transportation, accommodations for necessary nights) to your package. I handle all the logistics so you don't have to worry. I'm experienced in adapting to new environments and lighting conditions. Let's discuss your destination wedding plans early to ensure availability, as these bookings would require more advance notice. Your dream location deserves photography that matches its beauty.

03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?

Family photos are a crucial part of wedding day documentation, and I handle them with efficiency and precision. To ensure we capture all the important group shots without cutting into your celebration time, I'll work with you before the wedding to create a detailed family shot list. This typically includes immediate family, extended family, and any special group combinations you'd like. On the wedding day, I recommend allocating 20-30 minutes specifically for family portraits, ideally after the ceremony when everyone is already gathered. I'll designate a family coordinator (often the best man, maid of honor, or a vocal family member who knows most relatives) to help gather the necessary people for each shot. This systematic approach allows us to move through family combinations quickly while ensuring no important groupings are missed. The result? Beautiful family portraits without keeping you from your reception for too long.

04. Do you offer engagement sessions?

Absolutely! These 1-2 hour sessions are the perfect opportunity for us to work together before your wedding day, allowing you to get comfortable in front of my camera while capturing your unique connection. We'll shoot at a location that reflects your personality as a couple – whether that's where you first met, your favorite hiking trail, or an urban setting that speaks to your style. Engagement photos serve multiple purposes: they provide stunning images for save-the-dates, wedding websites, and guest signing books, while also giving you a preview of my shooting style. I recommend scheduling your session 6-8 months before your wedding date, and I'm happy to coordinate around sunset for that perfect golden-hour lighting. Wear outfits that make you feel confident and consider bringing a casual and a dressier option for variety.
